Project Management Consultant Group (PMCG) has broad Project and Construction Management experience in domestic operations and capital projects. This experience has been in a host of industries including nuclear, navy nuclear, industrial commodity manufacturing, food equipment design and manufacturing, oil & gas, energy, emergency, federal grant administration, mining and metals, environmental, semiconductor, life sciences, mission critical facilities, and renewable market segments. Typical project experiences are Engineering, Procurement, Construction, or EPC, and focus on management of the triple constraint; scope, schedule, and budget.
Defining and understanding what successful project management ‘was’ resulted in the drive to learn extensively about projects. Implementing research findings, on job experiences, and lessons from others into project work revealed the true common features of capital projects. As the knowledge of projects grew deeper, the vocation, common need across industries, and change in workforce demonstrated a problem to solve; managing a project’s triple constraint in an equitable fashion for all stakeholders to produce a capital asset for the designed purpose.
PMCG has been here since 2013, providing project management / construction management services in various market segments. Why various market segments? All projects have similar components; Scope, Schedule, Budget, Start, Finish, Client, and Change. Capital projects are not typically numerous, i.e. the exact same capital project is extremely rare. All projects have scope, schedule, and budget (the triple constraint) which need to be planned and executed in that order of importance. Experience across industries has further validated this along with the established principles of project management. PMCG offers its services to stakeholders whether on the client or contractor part of the project.
